Daniel P. Kahn is the founder of the firm and is personally active in all areas of the firm's practice, with an emphasis on Venture Capital and M&A, with the exception of litigation and labor. He having served on the French government panel that advises the Prime Minister on e-commerce legislation. Daniel P. Kahn is a member of the Paris bar and has practiced law since 1981. Until 1988, he was associated with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. Mr. Kahn serves on the advisory boards of several companies. He has also served on a French government commission that advises the Prime Minister on legislation relating to electronic commerce. In addition to his French legal education, Mr. Kahn holds a Master of Law degree from Northwestern University. He is a member of the Computer Law Association board of directors, of the French Senate Internet club (club.Senat.fr), the France-Israel Chamber of Commerce, member of the association for the promotion of entrepreneurship “Coach’ Invest”, and he is a member of the Association Alsace – United-States. Daniel Kahn is the Co-President of the French Tech Tour (2005). He is Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite.
