Mr. Scherzer is the practice leader of Brown Rudnick’s international Technology & Outsourcing Group. He is recognized globally for his experience in the structure and implementation of outsourcing transactions, and as a legal expert in information technology, Internet, e-commerce, computer law. Mr. Scherzer represents multinational financial services, technology, media and content companies, and provides counsel on a wide range of emerging technology, corporate, intellectual property, e-commerce and litigation matters.
