Jim Kunick is a Counsel with Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP in Frankfurt, Germany. Jim’s practice focuses on IT and business process outsourcing and technology licensing. He has represented U.S., European and multi-national clients and service providers in a broad range of outsourcing and licensing transactions. Jim received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1993 and his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1986. Prior to his legal career Jim served as a Senior Analyst with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), designing, programming and testing mainframe and midrange software, and working with users and technical personnel to develop functional and technical software specifications.
