Jamie Nowak is a Senior Associate in the Munich office of Norton Rose. As a certified employment and labour lawyer (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht) and commercial lawyer he is a member of the International Outsourcing Team of Norton Rose. Jamie advises German and foreign multinational companies on all areas of individual and collective labour law and commercial law. He has in depth experience in advising on the employment aspects of outsourc-ing and corporate transactions as well as restructurings. Jamie joined the Mu-nich practice of Norton Rose in 2003. Prior to his engagement with Norton Rose, Jamie worked for two years with a well known German law firm in Mu-nich.
