Ole Horsfeldt is a member of Gorrissen Federspiel Kierkegaard’s IP and Technology practice group.

Today, Ole Horsfeldt’s primary fields of expertise are IT outsourcing, outsourcing of business processes, IT systems procurement, software licensing and telecommunications. In addition, he specialises in complex systems acquisition and has advised on numerous transactions both as lead negotiator and in less comprehensive advisory roles. His work includes general outsourcing of data centres, payroll outsourcing, systems development, maintenance outsourcing, SAP and Oracle Financials acquisition and implementation. Moreover, his practice focuses on project and contract management and project rescue including dispute resolution related to IT projects. Ole Horsfeldt acts for public institutions and private companies and has represented suppliers as well as customers.
