In addition, he specialises in complex systems acquisition and has advised on numerous transactions both as lead negotiator and in less comprehensive advisory roles. His work includes general outsourcing of data centres, payroll outsourcing, systems development, maintenance outsourcing, SAP and Oracle Financials acquisition and implementation. Moreover, his practice focuses on project and contract management and project rescue including dispute resolution related to IT projects.
