Poojitha Rao is an attorney in the Technology, Media and Communications Department and co-heads the firm’s India practice group. She handles a wide variety of technology, intellectual property and corporate transactions, including outsourcing, consulting services, software and hardware license agreements, and strategic alliance, joint venture, Internet, e-commerce, research and development, marketing, distribution and marketing transactions. She also has experience prosecuting trademarks in the US and internationally.
Ms. Rao served as an adjunct professor of Patent Laws at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law from 1994-1996.
