- Representing one of India’s first major greenfield airports with regard to issues concerning infrastructure development and commercial real estate;
- Representing a major Information Technology service provider in a transaction involving establishment of a large campus facility in India;
- Represented major Information Technology service providers in negotiating and concluding their built to suit facilities in Bangalore;
- Acted for one of India's largest producers of electricity transmission equipment and motors in its demerger and restructuring;
- Acted for a multinational automotive company in its amalgamation with an Indian corporation;
- Represented major international and domestic corporations in various corporate and commercial litigations in the superior courts of India;
- Acted for Information Technology majors and a leading Indian pharmaceutical major in securing worldwide protection of their Intellectual Property Rights; and
- Acted for various Information Technology companies in employment related disputes including enforcement of non compete and confidentiality clauses.
