Daniel P. Kahn is a member of the Paris bar and has practiced law since 1981. Until 1988, he was associated with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. Mr. Kahn serves on the advisory boards of several companies. He has also served on a French government commission that advises the Prime Minister on legislation relating to electronic commerce. In addition to his French legal education, Mr. Kahn holds a Master of Law degree from Northwestern University. He is a member of the Computer Law Association board of directors, of the French Senate Internet club (club.Senat.fr), the France-Israel chamber of commerce, member of the association for the promotion of entrepreneurs "Coach' Invest", and he is a member of the Association Alsace – United-States. Daniel Kahn is the Co-President of the French Tech Tour (20005). He is Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Merite.

Daniel P. Kahn is the founder of the firm and is personally active in all areas of the firm's practice, with an emphasis on Venture Capital and M&A, with the exception of litigation and labor.
