Diana J. P. McKenzie has a nationwide practice limited to providing practical and strategic legal advice to clients on significant technology, privacy and security, and electronic commerce transactions.

Ms. McKenzie has limited her practice to information technology law since 1985. She has negotiated and drafted thousands of I.T. contracts. Recent technology contracts include a wide variety of: outsourcing, business process outsourcing, ASP, ERP and systems integration, strategic alliance, web hosting, electronic commerce, acquisition, license, development and service agreements. Diana has represented clients in some of the largest technology transactions in the U.S.A.

Ms. McKenzie is a nationally recognized writer and an internationally recognized speaker on technology and electronic commerce law. She has given over 110 speeches in 40 cities and 12 countries. She has a background in computer programming.

She has received many honors from the legal profession, including:

Ms. McKenzie was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1986 and the Illinois bar in 1993. She received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Kenyon College, and an M.B.A. and a J.D. from Emory University.
