Poojitha Rao is an attorney in the Technology, Media and Communications Department and is a member of the firm’s India and South Asia Practice Group. She handles a wide variety of technology, intellectual property and corporate transactions, including outsourcing, consulting services, software and hardware license agreements, content license agreements and strategic alliance, joint venture, internet, ecommerce, entertainment, research and development, marketing, distribution and marketing transactions. Her work covers the information technology, new and traditional media, publishing, financial and banking, business process outsourcing, pharmaceutical, Internet, wind power, and other industries.
