Reuben Buck is Director, Legal Services for Cisco Systems managing Legal support for Cisco - WW Services business, with global revenues exceeding US$5.5 Billion. He also is chief legal counsel for Cisco Globalisation Center East in Bangalore, India, supporting Cisco globalisation strategy as a member of EVP Wim Elfrink leadership team.

Prior to his move to Bangalore in January 2007, Reuben managed Cisco Legal function for Asia Pacific and Japan during a high growth period when sales revenue for the region more than doubled. Based in Singapore from 2002, he built a diverse and talented team of attorneys across Asia. Prior to his roles in Asia, Reuben managed a team of US attorneys and contract professionals responsible for supporting Cisco US Enterprise, State and Federal Government business.

Before joining Cisco, Reuben practiced law with McKenna & Cuneo L.L.P. (now McKenna Long & Aldridge) in the firm - San Diego, and Washington, DC. Offices. He represented technology, manufacturing, and service companies with commercial and government contract matters, counseling on US and international trade and compliance issues, and defending companies and individuals during government investigations.

He is a graduate of George Washington University, The National Law Center, where he served on the GW Journal of International Law and Economics, and clerked with the US Department of Justice, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Reuben completed his undergraduate education at the University of Tennessee achieving a B.S. degree with honors in Agriculture Business, and serving in student government and numerous campus organizations, for which he received the Torchbearer Award as one of the University top student leaders.
Born and raised in the State of Tennessee, USA, Reuben is married to Susan Sakura Buck, and lives in Bangalore with their three precocious daughters Lucy (7), Ginger (5), and Rachel (5 months).
