Susan Barty is a partner in the Technology team at International law firm CMS Cameron McKenna LLP based in London and a member of the CMS European Technology Focus Group. Susan has been a partner since 1994 and has particular expertise in the management and resolution of e-commerce, IP, IT and IT related disputes, acting for both suppliers and users in the private and government sectors. As part of this practice, Susan has experience of assisting clients with negotiations during systems integration and other technology projects in order to avoid disputes. Susan also has considerable experience of advising international clients on domain name issues, in particular dispute procedures and strategies. She is an accredited mediator with substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution procedures and has an LLM (Distinction) in Advanced Litigation.

Susan is a member of ItechLaw and is a member of the Board since April 2007. Susan is also a member of the Society for Computers and Law.
