Terri Forman is an associate in the Securities and Global Law practice groups and a member of Cooley Godward Kronish's Business department. She joined the Firm in 1999 and is resident in the Palo Alto office. Ms. Forman has a general business and corporate practice with an emphasis on international business transactions, emerging companies, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. She works extensively with U.S. corporations conducting business in India and regularly advises foreign corporations and investors doing business in the U.S. Ms. Forman provides strategic advice and counseling to venture capitalists and technology companies expanding their sales, marketing, development and manufacturing capabilities in India. Ms. Forman received a J.D. degree cum laude from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1999, where she served as a Technical Editor of Santa Clara Law Review and the President of the International Law Society. Ms. Forman received a M.B.A. with an emphasis on International Business from Santa Clara University in 1999. She received a Bachelor's degree cum laude in Business Administration from the California State University at Long Beach, where she minored in Psychology. Ms. Forman is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. | ||
