Denis T. Rice is a founding member of Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin, P.C., San Francisco. He is listed in Best Lawyers in American in several categories, including Information Technology, Corporate Law and Business Litigation. He has also been named Northern California Super Lawyer from 2004 through 2008. Denny was the founding Chair of the California State Bar Committee on Cyberspace Law in 1996. He serves as a panel arbitrator for the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva and for the American Arbitration Association.

Denny has served as a Board member of ITechLaw and currently chairs the Committee on Business Financing of the American Bar Association. He has advised start-ups, emerging companies and international enterprises on matters relating to their intellectual property, including domain names, and has written and spoken extensively around the world on cyberspace law.
