Filip Van Elsen is a partner at Allen & Overy LLP, heading the IP/IT/Media department in Belgium. He is a member of our Global TMT Steering Committee, specialising in IT and technology law, strategic sourcing and data protection.
Filip has assisted leading companies on domestic and cross-border outsourcing projects and IT arbitration cases.
He is a member of the Computer Law Association, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals and the European Outsourcing Association Belgium, of which he is co-founder, secretary and board member. Filip is a regular speaker at IT law-related conferences and co-author of "International Outsourcing law and Practice".
