AdamScott is a partner in the Glasgow TMC group. He advises a broad range of public and private sector clients on commercial contracts. He has acted for Scottish Utilities, local authorities, financial institutions, government departments and agencies and IT suppliers. He has considerable experience in running large scale business process outsourcings. He provides strategic input to assist clients with shaping the structure of their commercial arrangements to suit particular project requirements and this has included joint venture models, public/private partnerships and multi vendor procurements. For public sector clients he has experience using of a variety of public procurement routes to suit client needs on a project by project basis.
