Dear Colleagues:

On behalf of ITechLaw, it is a pleasure to invite you to attend the Annual Asian Conference to be held in Bangalore, India on February 4-5, 2010. This conference will be the 6th in the series of very successful conferences. This year we are pleased to announce the return of this conference to India's Garden city, Bangalore, which is also called the Silicon Plateau of India. Bangalore is the home of several prominent India-based information technology leaders. Moreover, many companies from the U.S., Europe, Japan, and elsewhere have established corporate, manufacturing, research and development operations in this rapidly growing city. Bangalore is well connected globally and offers world-class entertainment, cultural attractions, historic venues, restaurants, and shopping. For more information on Bangalore visit: (http://www.indiatourism.com/banglore-travel/index.html).

This 6th Annual Asian ITechLaw Conference, offers you the chance to focus on the latest regulatory, commercial and technology law issues being faced by emerging and growth industries in India and Asia, including software development, telecommunication, banking, entertainment, and semiconductors. Often seen through comparative analysis of global trends, the Conference program is being created with a view to satisfy the needs of both a veteran and a young lawyer alike. You will learn the latest from the experts in the field, and you are sure to receive the information that you, your firm and your clients need and demand.

The Co-Chairs for the Conference are developing several interesting programs that will both introduce you to emerging areas of law and practice as well as help improve your professional skills and expertise. There will be abundant opportunities to network with regulators, judges and lawyers from India, as well as from the rest of Asia, Africa, Europe, Oceania, North America and South America.

The Traveling Fellowship Award will again be awarded to a young Indian lawyer (in house or practicing attorney) giving him or her the opportunity to travel and work with several prestigious law firms in Europe and possibly in the USA.

Beyond obtaining insights and connections from the conference itself, The Gala Dinner provides an opportunity to sample Indian cultural events with your colleagues. The Gala Dinner will be the highlight event on Thursday evening, and promises to be an enjoyable experiences to all who attend.

ITechLaw welcomes young and experienced lawyers, first-time attendees, judges, regulators, law students, finance, human resources, and other professionals.
