Adam is Head of Berwin Leighton Paisner's Business and Technology Services Group and specialises in representing clients on outsourcing and information technology matters. He has particular expertise in advising clients in the financial services and information sectors and he heads the firm's freedom of information unit. He has advised public authorities on setting up information compliance procedures, on dealing with information disclosure requests, on negotiations with the information commissioner's office and handling appeals procedures. He has also advised the private sector on seeking information from public authorities, on contracting with the public sector and on seeking to prevent disclosure of information by public authorities.
Adam is a member of the firm's India Group, a cross-departmental business group dedicated to providing a comprehensive service to our Indian clients and to our European clients doing business in India.
