Former member of the Swiss Government's Expert Commission for Cybercrime and also of the Swiss Federal Data Protection Commission (federal arbitration and appeal court). Board member of the German Foundation for Law and Information Technology (DSRI), member of the Advisory Board of the journal Datamaster and member of the Executive Committee of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw).
