We invite you to join us at ITech Law's In-house Counsel breakfast supported by Indian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) on February 24, 2012 at 7:45 A.M for a robust discussion with peers on the changing role of the in house counsel. The global business environment is complex so are the legal systems we operate under. The role of an in-house counsel has transformed from that of a "Legal Expert" to a "Trusted Business Advisor". Join us as we explore this topic and address the following questions among others: (i) Challenges facing in-house counsel; (ii) How do we ensure that our role is valued by the business; (iii) What is added-value legal advice; and (iv) Importance of commercial acumen. We will also invite a panel of distinguished lawyers from the community to share Best Practices for in-house counsels.
